My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and well lit, but cleanliness was an issue with poor housekeeping. The toilet had some issues, and there was an unpleasant incident with the refrigerator. However, the location was convenient for my travels and the staff helped me find a nearby nursing home when needed.

When I first walked into the room, it was nothing like the pictures on the website – definitely a letdown. However, the rooms were surprisingly nice and roomy, offering plenty of space. On the downside, there were cockroaches scurrying around, which was quite off-putting.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure my wife got her coffee early even before breakfast hours. However, their excuse about being busy after previously stating the hotel was almost empty was a bit questionable.

The location was very near I20, but unfortunately, the room adjacent to the hall was filled with smoke, and the walls were paper-thin, allowing for a lot of noise to filter through. On the positive side, the room I stayed in from August 27th to September 3rd was clean and comfortable.
